The cost of the service itself was enormous. I was at least pleased that the cost of fitting a replacement tyre was competitive. Communication during the day was poor and my immaculately clean car came back covered in water marks.

The battery on my BMW died. A breakdown vehicle got the engine going which enabled me to get the car to Sytner Leicester for a replacement battery. The Service team, despite being very busy had the battery replaced in just a few hours. Great service.

The cost of the service seemed unreasonably high. On the top of that I rejected a quote for a replacement of a tyre with a puncture. A high street garage found out that the tyre wasn't punctured at all.

Great people - all service staff are superb. Loved the video review. One thing I am worried about is some missing parts in my car - they are missing on both the near and far side, so I assume that they weren't present when I bought the car.

Service fine A little aggrieved re paying the investigation fee for a then quote of 490 to replace the SOS battery. I did ask re likely cost and told you couldnt estimate cost with finding the fault. I wouldn't have bothered knowing a total on £640!
