Very satisfied with the service. The only gripe I have is only owning the X2 for 6 months and covering 3500 miles. I had to have the air conditioning sanitized due to it smelling it should have be cleaned before I received the car. Not under warrant.

Poor experience compared to usual experiences at Sytner Leicester. On arrival I was waiting for some time in the drive thru to be seen. Then when I was seen the advisor states my paperwork was not even printed out and had to wait in the waiting area.

I was disappointed by the decision to spend my goodwill voucher on a service that was not required and had not been approved with me? I had previously had a 4 wheel alignment done when I replaced the tyres in December. You should stop this practice

The cost of the service itself was enormous. I was at least pleased that the cost of fitting a replacement tyre was competitive. Communication during the day was poor and my immaculately clean car came back covered in water marks.

My appointment lasted 4 hours. Imran was courteous, professional and friendly. He recognised that I was doing some work on my laptop in the reception area and kindly offered a private office space to allow me to complete my work whike I waited.

The battery on my BMW died. A breakdown vehicle got the engine going which enabled me to get the car to Sytner Leicester for a replacement battery. The Service team, despite being very busy had the battery replaced in just a few hours. Great service.
