My service was arranged and handled by Brice Benard. All I did was email him to with some dates and he responded quickly with some options for me. After I left the car, he called to discuss it. On collection, he provided a lot of advice.

Reception polite and efficient. Waiting area comfortable and space for me to work whilst waiting. The work on the car was done in the estimated time. I didn't try a coffee from the machine but had a hot chocolate. I have to say that it was awful!!

Since the brake fluid service my cars brakes havent felt the same. When i press them its as if they are stiff and have almost no playroom. Also when i press them while driving its as if they are binding and not realising and it shakes the whole car.

The BMW app showed the cost of a brake fluid service as £80.58 and yet the proposed charge was £130. Upon query by me this was reduced to £120. Ultimately it was agreed to reimburse me £40 when I raised the matter later with the service manager.
